Sugar Poison


The list of food poisons in food can be extensive and can seriously damage in our current and future health.
In this list, the so-called white poisons, collecting food that match in color among others, have a relationship if not directly, at least have contributed to the worst development.

Five are these white poisons: refined flour, white sugar, refined salt, white rice and milk.

Refined Flour - When more is fine and white flour, less fiber, vitamins and minerals it contains. The white bread, the bread of bran (false integral), pastries, do not contain vitamins or minerals, while favoring the caries, cancer, cholesterol, and diabetes. The breads are the best rye bread and wholemeal bread.

Refined Sugar - it is not good as it does not provide any nutrients, only empty calories. The refined sugars are very direct cause of obesity, a nutritional imbalance and caries. Chemical sweeteners such as aspartame, saccharin and cyclamates were has been linked to an increased risk of cancer. The problem lies in the way in which we incorporate sugars to power, the fruits and vegetables, by themselves, already providing sugars in a healthier way.

The refined salt - The refined salt that we sell is only sodium chloride, that although you may have been incorporated into fluorine and iodine, this has been so artificial and not in the proportions in which they are found in the pure sea salt. The processed food is full of refined salt (between 8 and 20 times more than the recommended dose), causing the increased risk for cardiovascular disease. The sodium chloride "only" is dangerous for your health, not as well when it is compensated, as found in the sea salt, with other minerals such as: sulfur, boron, bromine, carbon, strontium, magnesium, potassium, aluminum, arsenic, barium, cesium, cobalt, fluorine, phosphorus, iron, lithium, manganese, mercury, molybdenum, nickel, nitrogen, gold, silver, radio, rubidium, selenium, silicon, thorium, uranium, vanadium, zinc, iodine…

XX when he began to be refined and consumed as white rice. Brown rice is a healthier choice because it releases the glucose more gradually.

Cow's milk - is regarded as the main cause of allergies in children, as evidenced by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology of the United States, and another large number of studies. The contribution of saturated fat and cholesterol, such as proteins that were not entirely suitable for humans do not consider that the food is so full and healthy that have made us believe for years. Some studies, including the related to diabetes and even osteoporosis, because to be low in magnesium, not favors the bone absorb the calcium. If to this we add the drugs and hormones that are treated to the cows and that then appear in the milk, make it advisable that it be replaced with other natural alternatives more healthy.

A suitable diet, replacing the "white poisons" by fibers and proteins, complex carbohydrates (unrefined) and a contribution of controlled of good fats (fish, dried fruits, … ), will be the best recipe to stay healthy and prevent symptoms increasingly related to the age, when should relate to the poor diet carried along the life.
